DTLA Heart of LA

Hello and welcome to my collection dedicated to my love for Downtown LA — the raw, chaotic, beautiful heart of this city. I moved here in 2013 simply to be closer to my art studio, so I could run home within minutes to walk my senior rescue mastiff from Mexico, Delilah. That was the plan. But somehow, in the blink of an eye, since 2013 this place has rooted itself deep into my bones. DTLA isn’t polished. It’s not pretending. It’s survival, creativity, hustle, heartbreak, reinvention — sirens at night and sunlight hitting concrete in the morning. It’s artists building dreams inside old buildings and stubborn souls refusing to quit.

Now DTLA is not only the home of my art, but the home of my heart.
